The crappiest little dive bar in the state of Oklahoma got popped on New Year's Eve for serving alcohol to a minor! It was a well coordinated sting effort brought about by the Tulsa Police Department and the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE). According to sources and word on the street, these agencies have been watching all the activities of this crappy dive joint for quite some time now. Undercover agent infiltrations! No telling what they've seen and recorded!

An examination of the Oklahoma ABLE website shows that no less than 3 citizen complaints have been filed against Crawpappy's during the year 2011 through Oklahoma ABLE's online complaint system. The website does not report the nature or the details of the complaints. Oklahoma has some very strict laws regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol and Crappy's (a/k/a Crawpappy's) is now facing some serious felony charges as well as the bartender who served alcohol to the minor.

The alcohol laws of Oklahoma comprehensively limit and regulate the sale of alcohol in Oklahoma. Oklahoma's approach to alcohol is quite strict. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to possess or purchase alcohol. Under Oklahoma law, it is a FELONY to provide alcoholic beverages to the mentally deficient, the intoxicated and persons under 21 years of age.
