A walk or drive around urban and even suburban environments is most often experienced at eye-level; however, another world has been created up around the tree tops. A world of clutter and visual confusion -– and it's not pretty. Just plain junked up with crappy clutter and a seeming total ignorance of aesthetics. It's ugly and we should be embarrassed.
