Naomi Campbell, supermodel, has been banned from any further flying on British Airways. She was arrested and held for several hours at a London police station after she allegedly abused a British Airways flight crew and the police that were sent to detain her. Naomi was led from the airplane in handcuffs kicking and screaming the whole way. All of this because her luggage was delayed at London's Heathrow Airport. Her behavior was described as "shocking" and very abusive including the vulgar act of spitting in a police officer's face. Said a British Airways spokesperson, "All incidents of abusive or disruptive behavior towards passengers or staff are taken extremely seriously and will not be tolerated."
Ms. Campbell has been known for her fiery temper and vulgar behavior. In 2000, she plead guilty in a Toronto courtroom to assaulting her personal assistant with a telephone. She was again charged for allegedly assaulting another personal assistant in 2005, and charged again in 2006 for allegedly assaulting her housekeeper. Maybe a little food now and then would take the edge of that anger....
